"Goddess of Infinity" Project
Why we created it: The unexpected loss of Patricia Ann Wertz, a beautiful, spiritual woman, has profoundly impacted me personally as well as many others in our community. In grief and disbelief, I wrote a song about her entitled “Goddess of Infinity.” When several friends offered start up money for me to record the song, I offered to use proceeds to benefit Patricia's daughter Lily.
What started as a solitary act of grief has been transformed into a community healing experience. Dedicated volunteers in our community have created the Goddess of Infinity Project. The mission of the project is to honor Patricia’s teachings and to support Lily’s trust fund. We are now using proceeds to help maintain the Serenity Garden at Cornerstone, which we created in memory of Patricia.
